Sarah Meehan is an RYT-200, Yoga Alliance-certified Vinyasa yoga and BUTI yoga instructor. She discovered Vinyasa yoga in 2011, and she immediately fell in love with the blend of strength and flexibility that it offered. As she journeyed deeper into her practice, she found that it transformed her mind as well as her body, allowing her to let go of stress, embrace positivity, and find her center. In 2016, she took her yoga practice to the next level by completing her 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga. Since then, she has expanded her training further by becoming certified in BUTI yoga. On her mat, Sarah loves exploring new postures, playing with balancing poses, and developing mindfulness. Off her mat, she’s usually finding her Zen in the kitchen, whipping up homemade vegan treats with to share with her friends and family, or embracing her creative side through design, sewing, and crafting. Sarah looks forward to seeing you in the studio, sharing a smile, and helping you to explore your own yoga practice.
