Katerina started her yoga journey with the aim of gaining strength and flexibility through its physical practice. In time, she began to immerse herself beyond the asanas and delved deeper into its core teachings. Through this, she found healing and the ability to silence her chitta vritti. Katerina obtained her 200-hr certification here at Caffe Yoga. She believes in teaching from a place of compassion, whilst still focusing on proper alignment and breath work. She intends for her students to not only progress in their physical practice, but to also find a place of peace and healing.
