Jane first came to yoga seeking a supplement to her workout regimen, but soon after stumbling upon alignment-based yoga, she experienced a major shift in her practice. Through alignment-based practice, she found the strength to get into inversions and arm balances that had previously seemed impossible. She was hooked! Discovering what amazing things the body could do sparked a curiosity to delve deeper into the practice. As she learned to make the mind-body connection, her practice once again shifted, this time evolving inward- to reach the mind and soul. She realized the ability to discover oneself through a form, and came to appreciate the depth that yoga had to offer beyond the asanas. Yoga became a lifestyle and passion. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification at Kaya Yoga Remedy, transformed and inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. Still curious to dive deeper into energy work and healing, she went on to complete 100-hour Yin training and Reiki Master certification. For Jane, yoga is the process and journey of integrating the mind, body, and spirit. It’s about learning, discovering, and evolving, with love and compassion. Her approach is versatile, free-spirited, and down-to-earth. With an emphasis on clear alignment, breath, and flow, she offers a safe environment for students to explore and expand within their own body and consciousness, with hopes for each student to experience the benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat.
