Just Flow With It

With all of the energy that is going on around us on a constant basis, let’s take a moment, or 60 minutes, and flow along with it instead of trying to ride against it. This class will warm you up, and get you moving and flowing with several opportunities to vinyasa (link breath with movement).  We incorporate other postures to strengthen and lengthen your physical body, and end with delicious relaxing stretches, as well as some time to calm your mental and emotional being before you go about your day.
**Level: Intermediate (although modifications and variations are always offered)
