This class is an alignment based slow flow. We honor that every human body is unique and has it’s own level of flexibility and limitations. The slower pace will build strength and endurance with control of breath, so it’s gentle, but with a deep approach to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and create a safe space for the mind to re-align with the body. It is nurturing of the body as well as the mind. Some postures may be offered on an intermediate level, but layers are always given so that anyone can accommodate their own personal needs.
Modifications and variations are used, all levels are welcomed.
