Lunching Yoga

As you step away from work, errands, responsibilities….you dive into a class that is created just for the yogi on the go.
This 45 minute session allows your body to move and stretch, your mind to let go and relax, and your spirit to reconnect with yourself and your practice.
Join us as we breathe, move, stretch, and add time to our lives. This class allows the student to get in and out within their lunch hour, but is never short on safety and serenity. Warm up and cool down are always included, as well as mindful relaxation, to end on a rejuvenated note.

**Modifications and variations are offered, all levels are welcome.
